Hello! My name is Scott Chesnutt, and I'm an artist (it took me a while to be comfortable with saying/typing that). For the last 5 years, I have been dedicating everything I have to build a reputation through my work that reflects sincerity, hard work, and creativity. I grew up in a small rural area in North Carolina, and studied Marketing Strategies at UNCW. I was always artistically inclined and knew I had a little talent, but was always lead to believe that in the long term, art wouldn't be worth my time. They were all wrong.

My art journey began during 2020 in the midst of the Covid-Chaos. At a time where nothing in the world made sense, painting was the only thing that brought me clarity. Since then, I have actively pursued murals, live wedding paintings, and various commission paintings. Anytime there's an opportunity to smear paint in an artistic fashion, I want to be first in line. I want to give someone receiving a painting the same feeling I got while I was painting it.
